For purposes of these Privacy Policies, the term “Website” refers to the ecotreasures.com website, a travel, tourism and entertainment information services website application featuring an online non-downloadable magazine application, online directories, other information resources, and related applications. This Website is owned and operated by Intrepid Mesh, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, (hereinafter referred to as “Website Operator” or “we” or “our”).
The purpose of these Privacy Policies is to let Website users (hereinafter referred to as “you”) know about what type of information this Website and its Website Operator may collect when you use or browse this Website and its related services and applications, why we collect it, and what we do with such information.
In order to access the Website or use any of its features, currently you do not have to create a Website’s member account. So, the Website does not provide a Website’s membership registration form or functionality. Also, you do not need to sign in or log in through a third-party account to access the Website per se.
Collection of Information
In order to provide the services offered through the Website, we collect the following:
Information we receive due to your use of our services- We automatically collect information about the services that you use on our Website and how you use them, such as when you are browsing and interacting with the content and ads published on our Website, or watching a video hosted on a third-party application, as applicable.
For purposes of the implementation of the Website and to provide the related services, we may collect session data, including your IP address, Web browser software, and referring website. We also may collect information about your online activity, such as content viewed, pages visited, and searches. We may keep some of this type of information for purposes of gaining insights about user behavior on our Website.

We also may share aggregate or anonymous information with third parties, including advertisers and investors. For example, we may tell our advertisers the number of visitors our Website receives, and analytics about pages browsed. This information does not contain any of your personal information, and is used to develop content and improve our services.
Your Access to Social Media Services
It is your option whether to press or not certain social media icon buttons (plug-in buttons) shown on the Website (e.g.: Facebook Like and Facebook Share icons, and Facebook Page icon to connect to ecotreasures page on Facebook Platform). If while accessing the Website you are connected to a third-party social media account which plug-ins have been added to the Website and you decide to press such social media icon buttons, you will navigate away from the Website and access the corresponding third-party social media web application through your social media account, if any. If you do so, you will be sharing information to the applicable third-party social media site. The information you share with these social media sites are governed by their privacy policies. We do not have control on how these sites use your information.
If you do not want to access your social media account through the corresponding icon buttons shown on the Website, you do not have to do so. Also, you may check the corresponding third-party social media web applications’ privacy settings to turn off your corresponding social media account’s integration with other applications and websites, and follow the third-party social media application’s instructions to do so.
For instance, you may turn off your Facebook account's integration with applications and websites by doing the following:
(1) Click your profile picture in the top right of Facebook,
(2) Select Settings & privacy, then click Settings,
(3) Click Security and login in the left menu,
(4) Click Apps and Websites in the left menu,
(5) Scroll down to Preferences, then next to Apps, websites and games, click Turn Off.
If accessing Facebook from classic mobile browser:
(1) Tap the menu icon in the top right of Facebook,
(2) Scroll down and tap Settings,
(3) Select Permissions section and tap Apps and Websites,
(4) Select Apps, Websites and Games, and tap Edit,
(5) Tap Turn Off.
If accessing Facebook from updated mobile browser:
(1) Tap the menu icon in the top right of Facebook,
(2) Scroll down and tap Settings,
(3) Select Security section and tap Apps and Websites,
(4) Tap Edit next to Apps, Websites and Games, and then tap Turn Off.

If you use your Facebook account’s settings to turn off Facebook’s integration with other applications and websites, you may not be able to fully interact with Facebook Like and Facebook Share buttons shown on the Website as well as with the Facebook icon that connects with ecotreasures page on Facebook web application.
The above Facebook Platform’s instructions are provided herein solely as reference and informational purposes. Nothing provided in these Privacy Policies shall be interpreted as endorsement or sponsorship by Meta or Facebook Platform’s owners in regards to the Website or us. Nothing provided in these Privacy Policies shall be interpreted as a partnership between us and Meta or Facebook Platform’s owners.
Your Update to your Contact Information
We take reasonable steps to ensure that your information is relevant to its intended use and complete. You can update your email address given for purposes of newsletter subscription by sending us an email to the email address shown on the “contact us” page, by clicking the corresponding link at the bottom of our Website page. We may retain certain information associated with your email addresses in our archives, including for analytical purposes and for recordkeeping integrity, backups, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, investigations, and compliance with legal requirements and any other business purposes.
Your Choices in relation to the Collection and Use of Some Information
As discussed above, you can choose not to provide us with personal information on the Website’s data-manual entry fields as these are optional. If you subscribe to the Website’s email newsletter, you may unsubscribe from receiving the newsletter promotional messages by sending an email to the email address shown on the Website’s “contact us” page, which is accessible by clicking the corresponding link at the bottom of our Website page.

Our Website is a general audience site and does not offer services targeted to children under age 13. Even if some of our content includes information about activities or recreations available for kids under age 13, such content is not targeted to or intended to be read by children under age 13. Rather, that content may be read by parents to get knowledge of activities and recreations that they may plan for their kids under age 13.
